Welding and Fabrication

At our CSA W47.1 certified job shop, we offer welding and fabrication services for tubular frames, POP display fixtures, and other custom components. Our extensive fabrication capabilities include welding, forming, bending, and shearing. Assembling suspensions, electrical sensor assemblies, as well as other dissimilar metal components through manual and robotic welding is our specialty. The Motoman Arcworld 6000 dual robotic weld cell at our facility can handle parts up to 8.5' by 2' in size.

We are also equipped with a wide range of welding equipment for fabricating or assembling components through MIG, TIG, pulse, and GMAW or wire feed welding. In addition, an Electro Arc tap burner is used for safely removing broken drills or taps during fabrication. Our extensive welding capabilities enable us to assemble aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel sheets with thicknesses up to 0.50". Using a Piranha Ironworker, our skilled team fabricates custom components through punching, bending, and shearing.

In addition to welding and fabrication, Harvan offers value added services such as anodizing, notching, painting, plating, and powder coating through subcontract suppliers. Through vendor audit programs, we closely monitor the performance of all our subcontract suppliers.
